Our Experience
MNB Connect is led by Mark Byerley, an experienced leader with over 35 years of leadership experience across the military, Further Education, workforce development and strategic delivery.
Mark served for 23 years in the British Army, developing leadership, planning and operational skills that continue to shape his approach today. Since moving into education, he has held senior leadership and strategic roles, supporting colleges, training providers and partners to deliver organisational improvement, strengthen employer engagement and lead complex projects.
Today, MNB Connect combines disciplined leadership, practical delivery and strategic thinking to help organisations navigate change, strengthen capability and deliver lasting results.
