Our Experience
MNB Connect is led by Mark Byerley, an experienced leader with over 35 years' experience in interim leadership, military service, Further Education, and workforce development.
Mark served for 23 years in the British Army, where he developed essential leadership, planning, and operational skills that continue to inform his project management approach today. Since transitioning into education, he has held senior leadership and strategic support roles, assisting colleges, training providers, and partners in delivering organisational improvement, enhancing employer engagement, and effectively leading complex projects.
Today, MNB Connect combines disciplined leadership, practical delivery, and strategic thinking to help organisations navigate change with confidence and achieve lasting results.
