• Strategic decision-making and ownership
• High-risk or high-impact delivery periods


Indicative investment


£1,100 – £1,300 per day

or

£25,000 – £40,000 + VAT for a 60–90 day stabilisation package

Middle Management Interim Leadership

Designed for defined, delivery-focused improvement or stabilisation activity.


Typical accountability


• Departmental or programme-level leadership
• Clearly defined scope and objectives
• Delivery-focused improvement activity
• Limited strategic or board exposure


Indicative investment


£750 – £900 per day

or

£15,000 – £22,000 + VAT for a time-bound improvement or stabilisation package

Pricing is agreed in advance and aligned to scope, outcomes and delivery expectations.
