This is a fixed-price, time-bound diagnostic review designed to support confident decision-making and clear next steps.
Interim Leadership & Stabilisation
Outcome-led interim leadership providing stability, focus and momentum during periods of change or challenge.
Senior Interim Leadership
Typical investment
£1,100 – £1,300 per day
or
£25,000 – £40,000 + VAT for a 60–90 day stabilisation package
Middle Management Interim Leadership
Typical investment
£750 – £900 per day
or
£15,000 – £22,000 + VAT for a time-bound improvement or stabilisation package
