Mark Byerley 

Mark is the founder and Managing Director of MNB Connect. He combines 23 years’ service in the Royal Artillery with over 15 years in Further Education and workforce development.

He has led large curriculum portfolios, national skills programmes and multi-million-pound projects, including LSIF and Institutes of Technology, aligning education with labour-market needs across multiple areas including, engineering, construction, health, digital and public services.

Mark is known for calm, focused leadership, strong partnership building and a values-led approach that keeps learners, staff and employers at the centre of every decision.
