Founder and Managing Director
Mark Byerley is the Founder and Managing Director of MNB Connect.
He combines 23 years’ service in the Royal Artillery with over 15 years’ experience in further education and workforce development. Mark has led large curriculum portfolios, national skills programmes and multi million pound initiatives, including LSIF and Institutes of Technology, aligning education provision with labour market need across engineering, construction, health, digital and public services.
Mark is known for calm, focused leadership, strong partnership building and a values led approach that places learners, staff and employers at the centre of decision making.
